The KARDO community training has been completed at the Senezh Management Workshop.

The program covered three key areas:
— teamwork
— communications
— community

More than 80 participants met with renowned speakers. The three-day program included not only lectures and master classes, but also team building. These included group work, business games, and group reflection. Participants learned to work together, find a common language and support each other.
