Creativity is what unites freerunning with street art and unequivocally makes it an important part of KARDO.

Freerunning is a direction inseparably connected with parkour and if parkour is called the art of movement, then freerunning is the art of self-expression through the making of creative movements and their combinations, including elements of parkour, acrobatics and other directions,

Freerunning is not about effectively overcoming an obstacle or navigating a route through urban wilderness, it is about expressing oneself, playing and decorating the place where they are based through their movements.

The basis of freerunning was parkour and acrobatic movements, but over time it began to absorb more and more movements from other directions, gradually forming its own image.

In season [7] the Freerunning direction is divided into 2 categories: Pro and MID.

During the registration phase, the participant shoots and posts a video with an intro and outro to the participant's social media with the hashtags #KARDO, #KARDO7 the video is uploaded to the Personal account as a link to the video uploaded to the cloud disk, as well as a link to an open source in free access (link to the video in the participant's social media)).
